• Waitlist sign-ups — name, email, and role. Stored with our email service provider to notify you when a program launches. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
• Course accounts — email and account credentials managed by our authentication provider, stored securely with our database provider. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see your card number.
• Pro Shop orders — name, shipping and billing address, email, order history, and purchase details needed to fulfill physical and digital products. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Advertising & site usage — pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions with our ads. Collected via cookies and similar technologies from our analytics and advertising partners when you consent or where permitted by law.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate our services, fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, and improve what we offer. That includes:

• Delivering courses, events, and Pro Shop purchases

Data Retention

Contact form emails are retained only as long as the conversation is active. Waitlist contacts are kept until a program launches or you unsubscribe. Course account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Pro Shop order and shipping records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, and warranty purposes. Advertising and analytics data is retained according to our partners' policies, typically for a limited rolling window. Request deletion at any time by contacting us.
